Hi! I'm Guillaume (aka Minimus), I'm an indie game developer and a web developer from France 🥖. Right now I mostly do game dev on my free time with the Godot engine, working on my first serious project(s).

Croquis

Croquis ✏️

My first 3D game! Croquis is a 3D puzzle & platformer game I'm currently working on. You're a robot that scientists use to improve their AI project, but you soon manage to escape the route they planned for you.
I wanted to get into 3D game dev since a long time, and prior to starting this project, I did a few hours of Blender tutorials. I think I discovered a new passion in 3D modeling.

  • Status: In progress 🚧 - My current project! Started in March 2025, I want to stick to shorter development projects from now on, and hopefully this project will respect the 6-month deadline I set for myself.

Um-bruh!-lla 🌂

Um-bruh!-lla is a small project I did in two weeks in February 2025. It is a short and fast-paced arcade game where you have to keep your umbrella (and haircut) safe.
Burder (my first big project) was "stuck" on Godot 3.4 for technical reasons, and I wanted to dive into the version 4 of Godot since its release, so this project was the perfect excuse to do so. It is also with this game that I started to work on games with a shorter development time.

  • Status: Released ✅

Burder

Burder 🎃

Burder is a 2D top-down puzzle & narrative game. The story occurs during the night of Halloween, in a small town.

  • Tools: Godot Engine, Aseprite, Clip Studio Paint, FL Studio
  • Dev period: March 2020 ➡️ Today (?)
  • Status: On hold 😴 - I've spent 5 years working on this project in my spare time. I've learned a lot from it, but this is a typical case of "eyes bigger than the belly". For now on, I prefer to focus on smaller-scope projects that I can finish in 2 to 6 months ideally.

Work

Aside from game dev, I have worked in web development since 2015.
I started as a fullstack developer, but I now mainly work as a front-end developer.

I specialize in the following stack: React, TypeScript, Redux (and several of its associated libraries: Redux Saga, Redux Toolkit), some testing with Jest and Cypress, and design with tools like Figma and Tailwind. I'm also in the process of learning Next.js, which I used for this site.

I'm currently open to freelance opportunities around the Paris area.
